MARLYN PONCE
Marlyn Ponce is an architect, having graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM, 2021). Her work focuses on strategic planning, project management and consolidation, as well as strengthening internal processes, institutional relationships, and strategic alliances for the firm.
She has experience in architecture, interior design, and comprehensive project management, having collaborated with architecture and interior design firms, as well as on research and curatorial projects. Among these, her participation in Habitando el Fallo, an initiative of the Siemens Stiftung, stands out, where she was involved in research processes, territorial analysis, and the development of curatorial material.
Throughout his career he has participated in the development, coordination and supervision of residential, commercial and cultural projects.
From the Development Directorate at FoRA, he drives the studio's growth through process optimization, strategic positioning, and the generation of new opportunities, contributing an analytical, structured, and results-oriented vision.
